ECT-HK was established in 1995 to fulfil the demand for professional and flexible emergency care training programmes in Hong Kong, China. ECT-HK's founder and Managing Director, Ms. Lucy Clarke has 20 years of experience as a healthcare provider and educator.

Since delivering our first programs in January 1995 ECT-HK is Hong Kong's leading non-governmental and privately operated emergency care training organization. Our Instructors' are qualified Hong Kong registered healthcare professionals providing the most up-to-date training services currently available in Hong Kong, China.

ECT-HK represents on an exclusive basis the following organizations:

• American Heart Association (AHA) - Hong Kong and Macao
• National Safety Council (NSC) USA - Hong Kong and China
